At Official ZA Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact, and include a printout of your return authorization.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
